Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. To ensure we can process and prepare orders efficiently, please review our cancellation policy below before placing your order.

⏰ Cancellation Window

For in-stock / ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

Please contact us through inbox\mail as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, the order may have already entered our preparation or fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.

🚫 Pre-Order & Handmade Items

Pre-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Pre-order Áo Dài are specially prepared and produced after receiving the order. They require time for fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, embroidery/printing, and other handmade production processes.

Because production may begin shortly after the order is received, all pre-order and handmade orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange due to change of mind or personal preference.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

🚫 Cancellation After the 2-Hour Window

Cancellation requests received more than 2 hours after the order is placed cannot be guaranteed and may be declined if the order has already entered production or processing.

This applies even if the order has not yet shipped.
